Our 3-6 years gymnastics class caters to the needs of all abilities and once within the class, small groups are formed with our coaches to get the best out of each child.
The warm ups consist of either a story or a game to keep them captivated and engaged throughout. They are designed to compliment the weekly theme while including important gymnastics shapes and positions, ensuring all major muscle groups are worked properly in the stretch.
The 3-4 year olds will have a large amount of colours and hand apparatus built into their skill learning. At this age we are helping them learn key skills like balance and hand eye motor skills, while at the same time building confidence with heights, going upside down and general balance.
The 4–6 year olds will still have a very colourful session of gymnastics. However, this is the stage when we start to incorporate the learning of skill and shape names, so they start to understand the different aspects of gymnastics.
All abilities are welcome to our gymnastics sessions, so feel free to book today!
