Full-time and part-time coaching jobs available. Help kids fall in love with gymnastics and build strength and resilience in a safe, friendly environment.
We run recreational classes for ages 3–16 at 8 gyms (Chessington, Feltham, Hinchley Wood, Kingston upon Thames, New Malden, Surbiton, Thames Ditton and Worcester Park) on evenings and Saturdays, and support many local schools with curriculum gymnastics.
Full-time Lead Coach (18+)
Coach curriculum classes in schools (about a 10-mile radius of Kingston upon Thames) during the school day, plus our club classes for 3–16 year olds 4 evenings a week and Saturdays until 3pm. Includes up to 10 hours a week of admin from our Chessington office.
Part-time Lead Coach (18+)
Coach curriculum classes in schools (about a 10-mile radius of Kingston upon Thames) and club classes for 3–16 year olds on weekday evenings and Saturdays until 3pm.
What you'll do
- Equipment set-up and take-down
- Following the class entry procedure
- Demonstrating parts of the session: warm-up (pulse raiser and stretch) and equipment activities
- Managing the progress of gymnasts at your stations
- Helping with toilet breaks
- Managing assistant coaches or volunteers
- Keeping a high standard of gymnastics, safety and customer service
- Attending all up-skill training for your role
Work is in term time; holidays are taken in school holidays. Full training is provided. Your own car is ideal, as you'll travel between venues, but most have good transport links.
