This Privacy Policy explains how Good Life Gymnastics Limited (trading as Good Life Gymnastics) collects, uses, stores and shares personal data about you and your child, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. It applies to www.goodlifegymnastics.com and all our classes, camps and services.

Who we share it with
We share data only with the services we use to run the club: our booking and CRM system (HighLevel), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email and documents), email and SMS providers, our insurers and British Gymnastics where required, and authorities where the law requires. Coaches only see the information they need for their classes. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it (retention schedule)
UK GDPR doesn’t set fixed periods. We keep data only as long as necessary, and review this schedule every year.

Each year we run a review of leavers more than 2 years old and delete or anonymise their records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent (for example photo or marketing consent) at any time, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
